Mesmo antes de a sua constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, de certa forma, a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Ecol\u00f3gica esteve (e est\u00e1) presente em v\u00e1rios momentos hist\u00f3ricos da cidade e da universidade. A <em>documenta<\/em> desta participa\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser partilhada com a comunidade como um todo pois faz parte integrante da mesma. O Memorial Virtual \u00e9 um espa\u00e7o em constante crescimento e receber\u00e1 contribui\u00e7\u00f5es, seja em relatos, fotos e documentos, de todos que tiverem ou quiserem contribuir.
