Ele detalha aspectos relacionados, por exemplo, \u00e0s a\u00e7\u00f5es do Programa de Extens\u00e3o Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Ecol\u00f3gica (Proeco), \u00e0s atividades de pesquisadores da UFMG e de outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es, aos\u00a0valores hist\u00f3rico-culturais, \u00e0 vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e0 hidrografia e \u00e0 infraestrutura f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_5811\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><\/div>\n<p>O documento visa tamb\u00e9m contribuir para o cumprimento de objetivos regimentais e o fortalecimento da rela\u00e7\u00e3o da Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Ecol\u00f3gica com as comunidades interna e externa.<\/p>\n<p>A elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do documento foi iniciada em fevereiro de 2021 no\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufmg.br\/estacaoecologica\/eventos\/seminario-de-pesquisa-e-extensao-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Semin\u00e1rio de Pesquisa e Extens\u00e3o \u201cOportunidades e desafios para a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1reas verdes urbanas: o exemplo da Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Ecol\u00f3gica da UFMG<\/a>\u201d, que refletiu sobre a import\u00e2ncia ambiental, wpex-clear\"><\/div>[vc_column_text]<strong><b>30 anos de ensino, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Vinculada \u00e0 Pr\u00f3-reitoria de Extens\u00e3o da UFMG, a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Ecol\u00f3gica abriga caracter\u00edsticas dos biomas Mata Atl\u00e2ntica e Cerrado, sendo conhecida, ainda, por contribuir para a integra\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o, pilares da Universidade.<\/p>\n<p>Ela conta com 114 hectares de \u00e1rea, que foi tombada em 1992 pelo Conselho Deliberativo do Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural do Munic\u00edpio de Belo Horizonte (CDPCM-BH).<\/p>\n<p>Em novembro de 2022, a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o vai comemorar 30 anos, e uma s\u00e9rie de eventos est\u00e1 sendo preparada para comemorar as tr\u00eas d\u00e9cadas de
