For 25 years, IEAT has had its institutional brand as its work in promoting transdisciplinarity at UFMG. Without losing this horizon, but seeking to reflect on the transformations that are taking place, IEAT presents its new institutional brand.
Created in reference to IEAT’s first brand, the new visual identity presents circular lines that meet to give rise to the fractal figure, symbolizing the transdisciplinary scope of research through movements “between” and “through” disciplines. The new brand features lighter lines, maintaining a greater weight at the “tips”, reinforcing the brand’s balance and movement in a cleaner and more innovative format of contemporary design. Blue remains the main color, in reference to the institute’s first brand.
