Also discussed was international scientific cooperation involving countries such as Spain, Mexico, Cuba, Brazil and others in Latin America, and the recent experience of the MedeA project (Medicina Personalizada Aplicada-MedeA), a Personalized Medicine initiative implemented in Estremadura (Spain) as experience of innovation between academia, the public health system and the private sector.<\/p>\n<p>The event featured the presentation of Professor Adri\u00e1n Llerena Ruiz from the University of Extremadura (Spain) as a speaker.
