He addressed phenomena in the field of communication such as post-truth, fake news and conspiracy theories. The researcher&#8217;s objective was to propose reflections that result in alternatives to face these problems.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative was from the UFMG Institute for Advanced and Transdisciplinary Studies (IEAT), in collaboration with the Postgraduate Program in Information Science.<\/p>\n<p>The speaker&#8217;s experience focuses on neuroethology, molecular neurobiology and systems neurophysiology, with an interest in memory, sleep and dreams; neuronal plasticity; vocal communication; symbolic competence in non-human animals; computational psychiatry; neuroeducation; medicinal cannabis; psychedelics and drug policy.
