Currently, more than one million barrels of oil are extracted in the pre-salt country, and the program, designed to boost the country&#8217;s scientific and technological development, is the subject of the most diverse and sometimes undeniable economic interests. The rules for exploration concessions, local content policy and the destination of resources obtained are urgent topics that are strangely little discussed in the press.
