The proposed discussion aims to interrogate concepts such as management, competence, risk, prescribed work, antecedent norms, health, industrious activity, work collective, discourse, dialogism, and self-confrontation, based on studies that draw their principles and foundations from the Sciences of Language (Applied Linguistics, Dialogical Discourse Analysis), Labor Sciences (Ergonomics, Ergology), and Health Sciences (Psychology, Psychodynamics).
