A doutora Paula Geralda Barbosa Coelho, recebeu o pr\u00eamio de melhor apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de artigo feita durante a confer\u00eancia ECIE – 17th European Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship, que ocorreu nos dias\u00a015 e16 de Setembro de 2022, na Universidade de\u00a0Pafos,\u00a0em Chipre, de maneira h\u00edbrida. Por ser um evento internacional, a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo foi feita em ingl\u00eas (idioma oficial do evento).\u00a0Foram apresentados dezenas de artigos de estudantes de Doutorado e Mestrado do mundo inteiro, China, Estados Unidos, Jap\u00e3o e v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses da Europa, etc.<\/p>\n

A ECIE ocorre h\u00e1 17 anos e j\u00e1 foi realizada na It\u00e1lia, Irlanda do Norte, Fran\u00e7a, B\u00e9lgica, Portugal e Finl\u00e2ndia, mencionando apenas alguns dos pa\u00edses que acolheram o evento. A confer\u00eancia \u00e9 frequentada por participantes de mais de 40 pa\u00edses e atrai uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o interessante de acad\u00eamicos, profissionais e indiv\u00edduos que est\u00e3o engajados em v\u00e1rios aspectos da inova\u00e7\u00e3o e ensino e pesquisa do empreendedorismo. A ECIE 2022 foi uma oportunidade para acad\u00eamicos, profissionais e consultores de todo o mundo que est\u00e3o envolvidos no estudo, gest\u00e3o e desenvolvimento da inova\u00e7\u00e3o e empreendedorismo nos neg\u00f3cios, no setor p\u00fablico e na educa\u00e7\u00e3o se reunirem e trocarem ideias. Existem v\u00e1rias linhas fortes de pesquisa e interesse que est\u00e3o se desenvolvendo na \u00e1rea, incluindo Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Aprendizagem Empreendedora, Intera\u00e7\u00f5es de H\u00e9lice Tripla como ferramenta para Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Empreendedorismo, Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Social e Empreendedorismo, Empreendedorismo de Mulheres e Grupos Minorit\u00e1rios e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Empreendedorismo em Cidades Inteligentes, para citar apenas alguns. Todos os trabalhos aceitos para ECIE ap\u00f3s o processo de revis\u00e3o por pares duplo-cego s\u00e3o publicados nos anais do congresso (sujeitos a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o dos autores e pagamento). \nAbstract
\n<\/strong>In the literature on academic entrepreneurship, the creation of academic spin-offs is one of the Knowledge and Technology Transfer (KTT) channels most studied. The use of different KTT channels and the creation of spin-offs can be a source of opportunity for the overflow of knowledge and innovation with wealth creation. Although with a broad spectrum, research on academic entrepreneurship still has gaps to be explored in the literature. In Brazil, there is a lack of studies that explain more specifically how the professor at the public university transfers knowledge and technology and undertakes entrepreneurial activities. The main motivations of the doctoral research presented in this article are the lack of studies concerning the trajectory of successful entrepreneurial professors and the exploration of the use of different KTT channels in academic entrepreneurship for wealth creation. The general goal of the research is to identify the strategies used during the innovation trajectory of entrepreneurial professors in Information Technology (IT), who converted knowledge and scientific assets into wealth. To meet this goal, an adapted retrospective roadmapping approach was used to collect data, to map and to analyze the life trajectory of innovation of six professors from three Brazilian Public Universities in the IT area. The results made it possible to understand how professors innovated, became entrepreneurs and transferred knowledge and technology. They mobilized 136 strategies using different channels (e.g., Entrepreneurs Training, Collaborative Research and Development Projects, Technology Residency, Academic Spin-offs Creation, Academic Consulting). The professors’ strategies resulted in a value distribution, with considerable wealth (tangible and intangible). The results showed that although there is no pattern in the professors’ trajectories of innovation and entrepreneurship, there are several strategies common to the cases. One of them was to train qualified personnel at the university, based on intensive research in knowledge seeking to solve real market problems.<\/p>\n
