Prior acceptance by the course lecturer is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Documents needed for registration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 \u201cRequest for Registration in Isolated Subject\u201d form, completed and signed (<a href=\"http:\/\/pos.icb.ufmg.br\/pgecologia\/Formularios\/form-14_ISOLADA.pdf\">Download<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 Copy of undergraduate diploma;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 Copy of undergraduate academic records;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 Copy of Taxpayer\u2019s ID (\u201cCPF\u201d) \u00a0and Identity Card, or equivalent;<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 Document proving acceptance by the course lecturer<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 Original receipt of Registration fee payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><b>Important Information<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022 Incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
