Tem como compet\u00eancia examinar manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es dos cidad\u00e3os referentes a procedimentos e a\u00e7\u00f5es de agente, \u00f3rg\u00e3o e entidade da administra\u00e7\u00e3o direta e indireta do Poder Executivo, bem como de concession\u00e1rio e permission\u00e1rio de servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico municipal.<\/p>\n
A manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma forma de o cidad\u00e3o expressar para a Ouvidoria suas reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, sugest\u00f5es, elogios e solicita\u00e7\u00f5es dos servi\u00e7os prestados pela Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte, al\u00e9m de den\u00fancias de compet\u00eancia de apura\u00e7\u00e3o municipal.
