elaborar relat\u00f3rios, projetos e estudos, em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os da Universidade, em especial com as demais Pr\u00f3-Reitorias, para subsidiar as decis\u00f5es do Conselho Universit\u00e1rio e do CEPE relativas \u00e0 pol\u00edtica de pessoal e de recursos humanos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II - acompanhar e gerenciar a pol\u00edtica de recursos humanos da Universidade, definida pelo Conselho Universit\u00e1rio e pelo CEPE;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">III - cuidar de todos os atos referentes \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoal e \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade e da qualidade de vida no trabalho;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IV - formular e coordenar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de programas de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o permanentes e eventuais, bem como de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica do desempenho do corpo t\u00e9cnico e administrativo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V - colaborar com as Unidades e Departamentos no que se refere \u00e0 concep\u00e7\u00e3o, ao planejamento e \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o de programas de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o docente;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">VI -
