RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 01\/2015, DE 12 DE AGOSTO DE 2015<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Disp\u00f5e sobre a habilita\u00e7\u00e3o aos recursos da Rede de Museus provenientes da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Extens\u00e3o.<\/p>\r\n


O CONSELHO COORDENADOR DA REDE DE MUSEUS E ESPA\u00c7OS DE CI\u00caNCIAS E CULTURA DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE MINAS GERAIS, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe confere o seu Regimento, resolve:<\/p>\r\n

Art. 1\u00ba - Fixar os seguintes requisitos obrigat\u00f3rios para a habilita\u00e7\u00e3o da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o da Rede de Museus e dos seus espa\u00e7os integrantes \u00e0 distribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos da Rede de Museus provenientes da Pr\u00f3-Reitoria de Extens\u00e3o:<\/p>\r\n

I \u2013 N\u00e3o possuir recursos provenientes de dota\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria pr\u00f3pria;<\/p>\r\n

II \u2013 Comprometer-se a apresentar, at\u00e9 o dia 1\u00ba de outubro do ano corrente, um relat\u00f3rio parcial de gastos;<\/p>\r\n

III \u2013 Ter encaminhado, nos prazos definidos, \u00e0 Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, o relat\u00f3rio de atividades e de execu\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria do ano corrente (caso tenha recebido recursos da Rede de Museus no respectivo ano) e o plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o e previs\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria do ano subsequente;<\/p>\r\n
