    Proposals for the presentation of papers may be presented, in the form of posters, by undergraduate, master's and doctoral students.

    Registrations for participation with poster presentations should only be made through the EASY CHAIR system: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cihu-2019.

    When accessing the system, the participant must create a Login and a Password that will give him continuous access to the EASY CHAIR system, being able to edit its sending until the closing of the inscriptions. You must choose one of the following thematic axes:

    1) "University, Humanities and Human Rights";
    2) "Sustainability";
    3) "Justice, diversity and human rights";
    4) "Migration and territories";
    5) "Humanities: lights, territories and cultural management".

    Registration deadline: 11-25 November 2019.

    Proposals for the presentation of posters should be linked to one of the five thematic axes of the event mentioned above and may be submitted by students of scientific initiation, master's and doctoral degrees, linked to higher education institutions in the country or abroad.

    When submitting a poster proposal, each proposer must enter their personal data and the identification of the institution to which they are linked. Then, an abstract with a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 300 words should be inserted, in addition to a PDF with the poster to be presented. Abstracts and posters may be submitted in Spanish, English and Portuguese. It is the sole responsibility of the proponent to submit the complete poster proposal, including the PDF with the work to be presented.

    The presentation of the posters will take place on December 10 and 11, from 8:00 am to 9:15 am. A panel for fixing the posters will be available to the authors on the day and place of the presentation. The fixing of the posters will be the responsibility of the authors and can be done from 7:00 am, 10 and 11/12/2019. Papers should be removed after the end of the time stipulated for the presentation. There will be monitors to assist the presenters in fixing the posters. The printed posters must be identical to the PDF version submitted to the EASY CHAIR system by the applicant(s). The presentation of another version will not be allowed without written authorization from the Organizing Committee.

    At least one of the authors of the work must be present at the poster during the entire session to present their study to the public.

    Posters presenting topics under the five conference themes will have to comply with the following specifications:

    Applicants should use the template prepared by the Organizing Committee and available on the event website (www.ufmg.br/humanidades);
    It is essential to keep on the poster the visual identity of the event, provided the template of the poster;
    The dimensions will be: 0.90 cm wide x 1.20 m high;
    Title: upper case letters, Arial font, size 70, single spacing, centered in bold;
    Names of the authors accompanied by the institution to which they are linked and the e-mail for contact: the names will be below the title, indented to the right, Arial font, size 32 in bold;
    Subtitle: upper case, Arial font, size 36, centered in bold;
    Each poster should present the following sections: introduction, method, results and discussion, final considerations and references;
    Body of the text: Arial font, size 28 or higher, 1.5 cm spacing;
    When applicable, specify the source of funding or funding agency to conduct the study;
    Presenters will be responsible for printing the poster with appropriate material and lanyard to be affixed.
