Mechanical Engineer, graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, postgraduate in Oil, Strategic Business Management and Data Science. Public servant since 2010 of the infrastructure analyst career and has been working at the Brazilian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) since September 2020, exercising activities in the Brazilian Strategy for Digital Transformation, National Plan for the Internet of Things (IoT), Chambers 4.0, and the Brazilian Strategy for Artificial Intelligence . From 2018 to 2020, he worked at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, at the Secretariat of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels, in the public policy of petroleum-derived fuels and, between 2010 and 2018, he carried out activities in the public water security policy at the Ministry of Health. Regional Development, in the São Francisco River Integration Project (Pisf).
