The mission of our project is to develop processes and products that contribute to the eradication of malnutrition in Brazil, and to share the information in a safe, truthful and simple way to the community outside the University.

To be recognised for excellence in the study of strategies to mitigate malnutrition in Brazil, and to contribute to government bodies, industries and society in general, in order to solve problems related to this issue.
