ATTRIBUTIONS ON LAW AND MASS COMMUNICATION: CROSSING AND OVERCOMING (ALMOST) PARALLEL UNIVERSES
The project intends to analyze the effects of the transformation of legal issues into news in the formation of an image of law and justice that goes beyond formal limits and becomes an autonomous source of definition (or redefinition) of law and justice itself, coinciding with or not with the previous formal standards, imputing effects, producing judgment, proclaiming acquittal and inflicting sanction. The expected result is to enable greater visibility of the problematic aspects of the interface between law and mass communication, expanding the discussion of the theme, using means that overcome the traditional hermeticism of legal language.
