Each institution participating of the Conference may submit up to two posters depicting aspects of that institution’s work with relation to the theme “Universities’ Social Responsibility”.
In order to allow for the standardization of the graphic and visual quality of the works presented, we request that the same graphic company in Belo Horizonte, Brazil print all posters.
The cut plotter system will be employed. It allows texts and images to be applied onto uniform and even surfaces.
Therefore, we request that all poster files be sent according to the following technical characteristics:
• Media: eletronic pdf files.
• Poster size: 1,200 mm x 1,200 mm .
• Upper, lower, left, and right margins: 3,5 cm
• Background: white, without reticules or textures.
• Font type: arial, black, size 96, simple spacing.
• Justified alignment.
• Number of columns: 2 (two).
• Spacing between columns: 3,0 cm .
• Language: Any of the Conference official languages.
• Images and graphs: free quantity, size and position, provided images and graphs do not overlap with textual material.
• Institution identification: to be written on band out of the poster mainframe.
• Identification of the Institution: to be made in the external space of the poster and it may contain the e-mail address or the contact information for the institution. This address or contact must also be informed in the message that is sent with the poster file.
Attention: Posters sent without the characteristics specified here will not be printed-out or exhibited.
• Poster print-out: US$ 60 per poster unit.
• Identification bands: US$ 5 per band unit.
• Maximal number of posters: 50 for Exhibition.
