The Institute for Advanced Transdisciplinary Studies (IEAT/UFMG) is accepting applications to fill five positions in the FUNDEP/IEAT International Visits Program. Nominations must be submitted between August 18 and October 18, 2026.

The initiative aims to foster interaction between these internationally recognized researchers and UFMG researchers and research groups through joint research programs, with the goal of internationalizing both the Institute and the University.

Visits will last a maximum of 12 days and must take place between May 2027 and April 2028, in accordance with the UFMG academic calendar.

Applications must be submitted by active UFMG faculty members who hold a doctoral degree and have a proven track record in the field of knowledge relevant to the nomination.

The invited researcher must possess international recognition, academic excellence, leadership capabilities within study groups, and experience in transdisciplinary fields.
