The number of registrations and posters presentations are subjected to the event capacity. Registration will close when we reach the maximum number of participants.

The registration fee will not be refunded, unless your abstract is not accepted by the Committee board. It is not necessary to register before your abstract is evaluated.
Registration fee DOES NOT include hotel accommodations, transportation and meals. Social events and tourism options will be charged separately.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat before April 6th, 2023, 5 pm, Brazilian time. Refunds will be issued, less 30% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after April 6th 2023.
Personnel substitutions may be made by writing request to the congress email until May 3, 2023, 5pm, Brazilian time. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant.
