Participants should be aware of the relevant dates for the UFMG University Housing:
Check-in date: July 14, 2024
Check-out date: July 27, 2024
These dates are not negotiable and cannot be anticipated or extended. More information can be found in the SSBS student guide at our website.
If the participant for some reason opts not to stay at the University Housing, we kindly ask you to inform us where you will choose to stay via email summerschool@dri.ufmg.br. Note that the SSBS programme will only be responsible for the accommodation and transport of students who stay at the University Housing and all arrangements shall be of full responsibility of the student who chooses otherwise.
There will be buses with free circulation between the University Housing and the campus, the bus schedule will be informed in due time.
