Participants should be aware of the relevant dates for the Hotel:
Check-in date: July 13, 2024
Check-out date: July 27, 2024
These dates are not negotiable and cannot be anticipated or extended. More information can be found in the SSBS student guide at our website.
If the participant for some reason opts not to stay at the Hotel, we kindly ask you to inform us where you will choose to stay via email summerschool@dri.ufmg.br. Note that the SSBS programme will only be responsible for the accommodation and transport of students who stay at the Hotel and all arrangements shall be of full responsibility of the student who chooses otherwise.
