The course of Portuguese as an Additional Language will be offered in the UFMG SSBS during the two-week course, four days a week, to the international students. Students will be divided into 3 (three) groups, as described below:
- Groups 1 & 2: Students who have little or no knowledge of Portuguese language will take the course “Portuguese as an Additional Language – Elementary (A1)”
- Group 3: Students who already have considerable knowledge of Portuguese language will take the course “Portuguese as an Additional Language – Intermediate (B1)”
Course schedule: Classes will take place from 01:30 PM to 4:00 PM. .(to be confirmed)
Workload: 20 hours of in-person classes..
Assessment: Students will be evaluated by means of different activities: written activities and tests and oral production.
