Programs and Partnerships

UFMG stands out in the global scenario due to its robust internationalization policy. The University makes significant investments and mobilizes its own material and human resources to intensify its internationalization in a transversal manner, guided by principles that seek to combine academic and scientific excellence.

The image shows a medium-angle shot of three flags flying against a clear, bright blue sky. From left to right, the flags are:The flag of the state of Minas Gerais, which is white with a red triangle and the motto "LIBERTAS QUAE SERA TAMEN" in black text. The national flag of Brazil, with its green, yellow, and blue design. A white flag with a black or dark-colored circular emblem, which is the seal of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). The flags are all attached to metal flagpoles and appear to be slightly frayed from use. They are all caught by the wind, giving them a dynamic, waving appearance. The sun is illuminating the flags, highlighting their colors and textures against the stark blue background. The bottom of the image is slightly cropped, with only a hint of foliage or a building visible at the very bottom right.
