By bus

Departing from Savassi:

There are two bus lines serving UFMG. The 5102 line (UFMG/Santo Antônio) has several stops inside UFMG. The 5106 line, on the other hand, stops at the Move/UFMG station in front of the main entrance at Antônio Carlos Avenue.

Please note: It may take 40 to 60 minutes to travel from Savassi to UFMG by bus.

Around Pampulha:

If you are staying in the Pampulha region, the choice of how to get to campus depends on the location of your hotel in relation to UFMG. Many hotel are within walking distance from campus. We suggest enquiring the hotel staff about walking directions and bus lines options available.

By taxi

This is a good option if you will be staying at a hotel near UFMG. However, if you will be staying at a hotel around Savassi, it is only a good option if you can find other participants to share the ride.

In order to get to Faculty of Economics Sciences (the Conference venue), we suggest entering through the main entrance at Av. Antônio Carlos or through the entrance on Abrãao Caram Avenue.
