The IEAT/UFMG Traditional Knowledge Chair is accepting applications for a scholarship for graduates of any higher education program. Applications must be submitted from October 20 to 28, 2025.

To apply, candidates must have strong academic performance and an interest in developing research and supporting the production of academic and outreach events, focusing on topics such as interculturality, territorial rights, socio-environmental education, linguistic and/or cultural diversity, health from a traditional and/or intercultural perspective, oral poetics, among others.

The scholarship is worth R$1,936.00 per month, valid for 12 months, and requires exclusive dedication of 40 hours per week, with on-site activities at the IEAT/UFMG, located on the UFMG Pampulha campus in Belo Horizonte, or at other locations previously defined by the advisor.

Interviews: November 3–6, 2025
Preliminary Results: November 7, 2025
Deadline for Appeals: November 7–11, 2025
Final Results/Approval: November 12, 2025
