The IEAT Traditional Knowledge Chair is accepting applications for two scholarships for undergraduate students at UFMG. Applications are open from September 20 to 28, 2025.

Students from any UFMG undergraduate program, starting in their third semester, are eligible to apply. They are creative, proactive, and committed to the Chair’s activities, as well as interested in researching topics related to traditional knowledge.

The scholarship is worth R$770.00 per month, valid for ten months from the date of signing the grant agreement, and may be renewed subject to program availability. The workload is 20 hours per week, with in-person activities at the IEAT, located on UFMG’s Pampulha campus in Belo Horizonte.

Application Deadline: October 20–28, 2025
First Stage Results: October 31, 2025
Interviews: November 3–6, 2025
Preliminary Results: November 7, 2025
Deadline for Appeals: November 7–11, 2025
Final Results/Approval: November 12, 2025
