The webinar sought to reflect on the extent to which the dialogues present in the city constitute a game (or war), where the formal meaning of words, lines and structures of communication, access to interpretation and, in an essential way, the spatial reality to which that language refers to are engendered by power relations.

Speakers: professors José Guilherme Magnani from the Urban Anthropology Center at USP; Paula Santoro from the Faculty of Architecture at USP; and Ricardo Fabrino from the Department of Political Science at UFMG. Moderation: professor Denise Morado from the UFMG School of Architecture and resident professor at IEAT (2019-2020).
