The project Childhood, Adolescence and Youth: from Complexity to Transdisciplinarity comprises a proposal for project execution and the consolidation of a network of applied social research in Childhood, Adolescence and Youth with a transdisciplinary and advanced character, focused on poly-crisis (Morin). We seek to consolidate a thematic line of action at UFMG, and also integrated with groups in Brazil and around the world. During the period of execution of the proposal, the following objectives will be pursued:

1) develop a diagnostic study for the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents of Belo Horizonte;

2) develop the project Child Participation in the construction of public policies;

3) develop the diagnostic study for the Jason Albergaria Penitentiary;

4) consolidate the Network through other studies;

5) expand the Network inside UFMG, based on contacts with other research and extension groups;

6) expand the Network outside UFMG, based on contacts with research and extension groups from Brazilian and foreign universities; with research networks on childhood and youth; with other actors from civil society and the state related to the theme.
