Tim Ingold is Professor of Social Anthropology at the University of Aberdeen, UK. One of the most respected anthropologists today, he is the author of the books Perception of Environment (2000), Lines (2007) and Being Alive (2011). Some of the themes covered in his production: ecological approach in anthropology and psychology / relationships between biological, psychological and anthropological approaches to culture and social life / human-animal relations / perception of the environment, language, technology, knowledge and practice / anthropology , archaeology, art and architecture.
