Registration with discounts for the UFMG Seminar Series Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence, which will take place from November 8^th to 11^th has been extended until September 30^th. Until that date, interested parties can have their place guaranteed with discounts ranging from fifty to one hundred Brazilian Real. Registrations can be made on the FUNDEP website in two ways: students or professionals from different areas and levels of training.

The UFMG Seminar Series Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence aims to discuss the advance of artificial intelligence in contemporary world and the ethical implications of its use in the most diverse areas, such as health, economics, work, among others.

The event will be in a hybrid format, with in-person participation and some of the guests participating remotely. The activities will take place in the auditorium of the Center for Teaching Activities of Natural Sciences (CAD 1). The complete schedule is now available on the event’s website.

The UFMG Intelligence and Intelligence Seminar Series is an initiative of the UFMG Institute for Advanced Transdisciplinary Studies and the Paris Institute for Advanced Studies. The program is part of the activities of the United Nations and UNESCO’s International Year of Basic Sciences for Sustainable Development.
